Dear Backers,
We are glad to tell you that your ZEROD performance jackets have completed manufacturing and now move to the shipping stage.

However, we must admit that our shipping is under HUGE PRESSURE during uncertain times. The origin goal of creating ZEROD is to bring every backer an affordable but premium performance jacket, however, the soaring global shipping cost due to pandemic brought huge cost rise and made affordably unaffordable.
TEXLAB team endeavored to optimize your shipping cost by redesigning and downsizing our previous package. During the past weeks, we've customized the express box (length + width + height <= 90cm) to meet the standard of international shipping. However, since we upgraded the jacket longer, it becomes heavier and still overweight and the renewed shipping expense to certain countries is still far beyond our expectation…

Evaluating the current situation, the TAXLAB team decides to prioritize our shipping to backers whose location falls in a reasonable shipping cost range but will postpone the shipping to backers whose location falls in sky-high shipping cost range to avoid extra expenses. We will keep everyone updated about our detailed shipping plan in the coming weeks.

Dear backers!
It's been a while since our last update. Hope you are well! I just wanted to update you with our manufacturing:

As of now, we are 7 days behind the schedule because it takes an extra week for us to lock the BackerKit Survey. However, you can still update your address until we send the final notification before we ship out the jackets.
Also, I wanted to update you with the latest FREE UPGRADE featuring an antibacterial coating technology that can kill 99% of bacteria adhering to the surface of the jacket. I think it would be a great upgrade, especially during the pandemic.
However, we need to certify the coating to make sure it's effective and harmless to meet all standards before we apply on the fabrics. By doing so, it roughly takes another 2 weeks. For us, we really want to get the certificate [SGS] which will not only add a useful feature for our backers but also make the jacket more competitive on the market.
So, please let us know if you are interested.
